2. Return Period and Conditions

14-day return period:

You may return standard, mass-produced products within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason for the return.

Product condition:

The returned product must be unopened, unused and undamaged. It must be returned complete, with all accessories, its original packaging and the receipt.

Except for products delivered faulty or damaged, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Products Excluded from Returns

Custom-made and personalised products:

Returns are not provided for wooden products and LED lighting made specifically for the customer, personalised with a name, made to special dimensions or produced entirely according to the customer's individual requirements, subject to applicable law.

By completing the purchase, you acknowledge that you have been informed of this condition and accept it.

This exception does not restrict the customer's statutory rights where a product is faulty or does not conform to the contract.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled under this procedure. After delivery, the applicable return procedure applies, without restricting any rights the customer has under applicable law.

5. Refunds

Once the returned product arrives at our address, our team will inspect it.

If the product meets the return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded through the original payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
