2. Return Period and Conditions

14-Day Right of Return: You may return standard (mass-produced) products purchased from our website within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing a reason.

Condition of Returned Products: Returned products must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and sent back to us complete with all accessories, original packaging, and invoice. Except in cases where the product received is defective or damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Products Excluded from Returns (Non-Returnable Items)

Custom-Made and Personalized Products: Returns are not accepted for wooden and LED lighting products that are custom-made, personalized with names or other details, manufactured in special sizes, or produced entirely according to the customer's specific requirements, in accordance with applicable laws. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this condition.

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order in full before it has been shipped by contacting us at kokoholdingcompany@gmail.com.

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. Once the product has been delivered, the applicable return procedure must be followed.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received at our official return address, it will be inspected by our team. If the return is approved and meets the conditions stated above, the purchase amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment card or payment method used for the purchase within 10 business days.
