Custom-made products:

Production of personalised products made to the customer's specific requirements, including products with names or special dimensions, begins after order confirmation and receipt of payment.

Customers may use the payment methods that are available and displayed during ordering.

We plan to apply to Raiffeisen Bank for online card payment acceptance. This service is not yet active. Card payments through this solution will become available only after the bank's approval and completion of the technical integration.

This statement does not confirm that cooperation with the bank has already been approved or that card payments through this solution are currently available.

Do not send your card number, security code or other confidential card information by email or through the contact form.

If we suspect an unauthorised or fraudulent transaction, we may request additional verification or cancel the order in accordance with applicable law.
